Ah Khan..Chris blog.!

Another place i try some original food at PG.. Am asking when i reach this place for a lunch… Am asking my fren wat type of cuisine that we had here… They told me this.. ‘Butterworth Style’.. Plan this lunch for long time ed lor… very far from PG Island.. is far away from my house .. Butterworth.. is a very simple ‘Stall’ yes is jus a very simple stall… serving some very simple food.. chinese style cucuk udang… small lala (a kind of shell).. steam fish… fried burung puyoh.. and fried bee hoon… all those home style food.. until the plate they are using is same as my house plate.. all food came in very fast…

But one thing i will never forget about this ‘Stall’ is their famous "Coconut Flower Liquor" i direct translate from chinese to English.. is a kind of juice get from coconut flower.. old ppl should know wat is this… Indian like to drink this cos is very cheap.. somemore very easy to get high… damn… wat a weird taste i nvr try.. Frens keep on forcing me to drink… this is the 1st time i been force to drink .. normally those word will say tru my mouth when i ask ppl or gal drink wit me.. "U drink half i drink all"… this such thing no longer from my mouth anymore… wah lau.. wat a shame… ppl force me to drink this time… untill i really say.. :" ok… wanna challenge me ? tonight wait for me i open another bottle of Chivas challenge again…"

The taste is really weird… until that lunch no mood at all.. wah lau.. franky speaking… really fast to get high.. don’t play play.. but i don’t like the taste of this drink.. Kid… pls do not try this at home..

Am think for very very long time ed.. still wanna continue some blog regrading special food in PG? heheh until i go to read many type of article about introducing food.. see how other ppl gonna introduce food to reader from Star Newspaper.. very hard… those word to express how delicious of the food is hard tru English.. as all know.. my English is really not till that stage… but.. after think and reconfirm.. Is ok.. just follow back my style.. this is Chris.. this is the real khan… and i know all of you can get wat am trying to say.. pls imagine wat i say ok? hehehe … anything still can call me and ask where is the exact place.. what is all the food all about (if my explanations is really that hard to understand)

Ok.. back to the main point! Today am trying to introduce to all of u guys.. the best Tiramisu in town.. Tiramisu from a fine dinning restaurant call "Bella Italia" just very near to my house in PG.. I go to that restaurant purposely for this famous cake… Am asking myself what is so special of this cake when one of my fren call Amy introduce me this cake.. she told me .. "It’s special.. trust me.. is not those cake that u can get at others cake shop.." when she told me this I try to arrange my time purposely go to this restaurant for this cake.. and when i reached there.. the waiter came to me and serve me very well.. the environment of the restaurant… the way that he serve me i can say "very good" he try to know me.. know wat am looking for in that restaurant.. very ‘pro’ .. as wat i always look for those fine dinning services.. "I came here for the Tiramisu as my fren ask me to try here" He answer me Tiramisu is the famous cake but till i have to order main course as Tiramisu is just a dessert after meal.. Heheh.. is shame… wat he trying to say is true … den i wan something that not really can make me full cos i really need some space for myself for the Tiramisu .. he introduce me Spaghetti .. their in house spaghetti … with their restaurant name " Spaghetti Ala Bella" with good name.. Not bad.. serve with big prawn.. turkey ham… and some others seafood… This is come together some vege.. is not that greasiness.. surprise.. i really tot it will be a lot of white source and cheese.. so i order Orange Juice to neutralize it… but it won’t.. the portion is not big .. just enough for one person.. is good for me cos i really need some space to try the Tiramisu..

Here come… the best Tiramisu in town… their famous in their restaurant.. how i gonna say about this cake.. is really rich of coffee flavour.. diffrent taste cos it was not that sweet.. rich of coffee flavour.. and of cos the cake is not that soft.. As those ppl try Tiramisu before.. there know.. Tiramisu can’t stay for long cos it will be very soft.. and very easy get melt once expose to normal temperature.. but this cake is a bit diffrent… might be the restaurant with fully air condition.. slowly i finish the cake.. Am very full…

The total cost for my dinner yesterday night … Rm 48.88 .. worth for the cake dat u all really have to try once in ur life..

An good investment.. am also not really confident all is it a really good investment or not hoh… the total course will take me about 30k… damn… very chong dong nowsday.. finally i enroll to GIA (Gem Institute Of America) one of the famous Gem Institute in the world… all the enrollment procedure did it in one day… went to one local bank yesterday… ma de… those service is really suck! sorry being rude again… need to verify a lot of things… till when i wanna transfer all the tuition fees to GIA need to use "My Card" verification.. take me about 1 hour to finish all the procedure sending money to GIA…

Ask so many frens… fren give me seem like all come into one same opinion.. "good la! good investment..! u will get back the money de.." Am asking when will get back : " 2 years u will get back… "

2 years …. such a long period… am fully utilized all my time now… cos i know when i get the book i really have to stay very late for all the book… very turf course… when finish my theory … the last class will be at new york next year… or hong kong… not really dare to think how i gonna go there.. pray hard can save more money this year.. or else have to borrow money from loan shark next year only can go to hong kong… it take me 3 weeks there to final practical … 250 stones waiting me to grade.. yes.. i didn’t type wrongly… 250 stones… different type of color stones…. so now enjoying playing PS.. mah jung.. going to travel.. before my book come.. can’t imagine how thick the book is..

Any how.. already take it! must do it… this time no longer sponsor from company… have to pay back the loan i borrow…. so .. buddies.. don’t ever ask Chris to open bottle ed ahh.. no more Chivas! hehehe no more fine dinning.. no more branded for the next 2 year! hahahah like very dull ed my life.. !

Yesterday i discuss a issue that i been quarrel wit someone before .. is a very sensitive issue.. as i think i can write it in my blog as my fren that read my blog is enough age to read for it..

Yesterday night .. jus finish my supper wit all my staff.. suddenly knew that today is "Guan Yin" festival.. den all ask me to join to one very famous Guan Yin temple at pg.. is midnight 12 am ed.. but yet can go to pray cos is the 1st day of Guan Yin birthday.. A lot of ppl there… Am holding joss stick tight .. pray hard inside my heart… for very long… my staff say among themselve.. "chris sure ask for many things.. see him pray for that genuine from heart we should know.."

On the way back dunno why suddenly me and my staff talk about a very sensitive topic.. i ask one of my staff.. "U better marry faster ed.. let say ur boyfren reach age 30 den is hard to ask him marry ed.." She said… "cannot marry ed.. cos all my brother already plan marry for the next 2 years.. so i gonna wait another 3 years.. "

Why chinese have to set such rules really don’t understand.. but another staff Jose suddenly say.. "doesn’t matter ! if they already plan .. why not u jus no need plan.. ‘accident’ ma ok ed? "

My staff eunice say:" ‘Accident’ is not really a good deal..marry like got nothing.."  den Jose direct say " Is true de… if ‘Accident’ den better don’t want the baby.."

Suddenly i got such very big disagree responce.. keep on saying a lot of philoshopy… is not right let say we do that.. she is saying let say both couple if can’t really take care of the children why we still keep the baby? My personal point of view i will say this is not a time to choose whether we wan the baby or not.. is the time that we think our own way out to take care of the baby… this is the matter of 2 person.. i know .. youngster got a lot of impulsion….. but this is not an excuses… once we make it mean we have to prepare for any ‘Accident’ happen… sometimes different ppl got such diffrent opinion i think… u can’t i imagine how hard if u really give up the new life.. in rest of ur life u won’t forget wat u did to the new life… for me.. i will accept those ppl that don’t want the baby in one situation onli… If the gal being raped by someone den i got nothing to say… others den that… wat ever reason is jus an excuses.. as we know there is no 100% prevent pregnant method in the world rite.? we know it before we make it..

Very long time didn’t really touch Mahjung ed… wat a day … joining one of the competitor manager "Gold Heart Jew" one of my fren .. although is competitor… but… we still can be fren let say out of work.. Penang Mah jung very funny.. wat we use to call "Fei" or we say joker in english they use diffrent tiles to replace on it.. in Penang it didn’t really have "Fei" tiles.. they use our Papa Mama to replace.. i believe this blog many fren read ed will be very blur.. but those kaki from Raub or those mah jung kaki know wat am trying to tell..

Have a very nice Red Wine from another fren.. whole night am enjoying drink wine and mah jung… hand really "Itchy" for long time ed….. play till about 2 am… wat a night..

Feel really regret… wat a boring off day.. because of the world cup final.. watch till the end.. den when wanna get up to work… inside my heart… shit.. raining ler… so decided change my off day from Tues to Mon… today suppose is my off day… but today have to work cos Monday already took my off day… think back … and just read a blog from a fren.. saying that how boring sitting at house all day long.. boring till online doing nothing.. listen to song that she wanna sing.. watch movie that she don’t really wanna watch.. sleep till can’t really closed her eye.. post her a comment.. saying must utilized our day well… wat de… like saying myself..

My whole day offday yesterday… sleep till about 4 pm.. never take my lunch… den wake up doing nothing… at least i tidy up my room.. wash all the cloth.. den go swimming after waiting for one important call.. really long time i didn’t feel that myself that important ed… after get the call finally i go swimming for 1 hour.. told her dat i wan back my fit fit body.. not fat fat tummy.. after dat.. went to my office again… try to online using wireless by my new h/p… one thing really not good about my new O2 Atom is… wah lau… typing msg very slow… cos my hand really shake a lot.. den is touch screen.. no key pad… as fren know .. khan when reply msg is very fast de ohh.. till now laugh by someone saying my typing msg skill is really out ed… yes is true.. now khan reply msg is really slow.. will improve soon! Thinking of one whole day wasted for more than 1/2 day.. really feel regret.. why don’t i wake up early..? keep on asking myself.. now have to wait until next week to come.. god… give me more time…

FOr the pass two days… inside heart i jus like up and down.. changing mood very very fast… some more now everyday i got a target to hit.. wah lau… is not set by company oh… not even my boss.. pressure… hehehe but luckily i hit the target dat already set.. for this 2 days.. talk to myself.. Must fight back wat i lose last 2 month… wah lau from 82% drop to 72 %… dramatic drop… but the position still remain the same 14 out of 35 outlet! god bless… don’t drop ed… very boring if every month get others disappointed on me..

When those ppl saying .. something not suit u mean not suit u… don’t really force urself to make the thing suit u.. Some of the ppl should know that i really wish to have this type of palm phone pretty long time ago.. talk to myself… "manager wor… should use those palm phone .. den organize all the schedule den key in all the sales target to the palm.. all those sales report can key in to the pocket pc… got the phone today… send to format the phone last 2 days ago… when got back the new phone… seem like still very hard to change the Sim card from my old phone to new phone… till now the phone i put inside my bag.. without the Sim Card the phone stil can funtion as a Palm top.. try to use it… damn… might be very long time i didn’t go deep into the latest technology of IT… seem like the phone is very very new to me.. i got a very thick techincal manual.. dunno how to start..

Sometimes human is like that rite? i will say many ppl got different character.. like me…  very hard to accept new things… is not those guy that can accept new things.. but yet buy this phone because of really wish to upgrade myself.. wanna love myself more… so long i working… yet i still using a very basic phone.. nokia… i like the phone.. use the phone for about 1 year plus… can always drop.. no problem with the phone due to no camera .. no addtional function.. is onli for outgoing call .. receiving call and SMS.. buying this phone is not because wanna let ppl know i use expensive phone… but really try my best to know more things around.. wish i can start using my new handphone.. witout any worry again… cheerrrssss!
